37th Annual Scottish-Irish Highland Festival to Hit Estes Park Sept. 4-7

The 37th annual Longs Peak Scottish-Irish Highland Festival will be held in Estes Park this year from September 4th to 7th. It is a very affordable weekend packed full of entertainment for Coloradans. There will be an Estes Celtic folk concert featuring performances by Seamus Kennedy, Ed Miller, Highland Way, and CAL, as well as an Estes Celtic rock concert with performances by The Elders, Celtica, and Tartan Terrors. Additionally, at Tattoo Estes, a unique parade ground concert, military and pipe bands will be highlighted to celebrate Celtic heritage.
A highlight of the festival is the great music every year and this 2014 lineup is packed full of great musicians. The Elders have built a huge Colorado following with their live performances and are one of the top American Celtic Rock Bands in the world. The humor and music of Seamus Kennedy will have you toe tapping and smiling all the live long day and the 5 piece Highland Way is guaranteed to give festival goers a high energy, high altitude performance!
