DENVER, COLORADO – JUNE 24TH, 2014 – Cobary Jam is an electronic infused rock trio out of Denver releasing their debut single “It’s a Memory” which goes live streaming and available for purchase via iTunes, Spotify, Amazon and many more Tuesday June 24th, 2014. This groups’ enticing harmonies, creative hooks and unorthodox writing accompanied by their raw, edgy style is setting Cobary Jam apart as one of the next breakout artists to watch for. The song is already receiving rave reviews from bloggers and internet podcasts around the globe and furthermore, earning spots on Denver’s 93.3 locals only show and 107.1 the X project local. “It’s a Memory” is described as ‘fresh’ and from Jammer Direct’s Ryan Martin as “so haunting yet energetic” and “I honestly have to admit your song (It’s a Memory) made my day.”
The core of the group was formed in 2007 when guitarists and vocalists Jacob and Mary came to pursue music and life together. Starting from scratch, they built their sound up, incorporating their grunge roots while infusing their songs with modern day backbeats and effects. Through time and hardships (evident within lyrics) and the recent addition of Chris Ehrlich bringing his international touring experience and hypnotic beats to the table, their sound is undeniable and ripe… exploding onto the universal music scene.
“It’s a Memory” will be followed by a summer series of releases off their debut 6 song EP and Cobary Jam is performing locally as they build up their following.
