Fuel has been a staple in rock radio since their full-length debut Sunburn in 1998. Their first released single “Shimmer” was featured in Billboard’s Top 100 charts and appeared in the movies Scream 3 and Godzilla.
Fuel has since sold over 3.5 million records with three singles in Billboard’s Top 100. Their second album Something Like Human became certified double platinum by the Recording Industry Association of America on September 25, 2011. Fuel’s third album Natural Selection was nominated for a Grammy and peaked at number 52 on Billboard.
Fuel has spent 2011 and 2012 touring Coast to Coast while starting work on their fifth album, to be released in 2013. Check out their video for Hemmorrhage (In My Hands) here.
Denver-based band Random Hero has opened for artists such as Relient K, have worked with MTV, the ESPN X-Games, AMA Motocross and have won KBPI’s Best Band in Denver contest in 2010 and 2011. Grizzly Rock is Lakewood’s hottest music club. Opened in July, this 1200-capacity venue has hosted acts such as The Gin Blossoms, Vanilla Ice, Nappy Roots and Puddle of Mudd.
