Just in Time for St. Paddy’s Day, The Denver Brass Presents Ancient Threads: A Celtic Tapestry
DENVER- Back by popular demand! Join The Denver Brass on March 14 and 15 at 7:30 pm and March 16 at 2:30pm at the Newman Center for the Performing Arts. The Denver Brass and their Celtic family will weave a tapestry of song and dance, rooted in rich heritage, linking all mankind together.
Accompanying the Denver Brass will be a cast of impishly talented Celtic artists including: Celtic Colorado Pipes & Drums; Rocky Mountain Highland Dancers; Wick School of Irish Dance; Todd Teske – Tenor; and Iain Hyde & Joanna Hyde—Fiddles. Music will include pieces spun from Celtic heritage such as: Gregorian Chant, Duel of Celts & Gaels, Emerald Ode to Joy, Scotland the Brave and Amazing Grace.
Grown right here at home, The Denver Brass is a style-melding band of 14 professional musicians.
