Shadow Monster-The Book of Shadows Chapter 2-Review

Shadow Monster of HGMG and the #JediLife dropped his newest project, The Book of Shadows Chapter 2, the second installment to this mixtape series This album shows the progression of Shadow Monster as both an artist and a producer. The Book of Shadows Chapter 2 has numerous collaborations, including both producer and artist features. The track “The Real Shadow,” produced by Ricky Deadbeats, is an uplifting anthem-type song with Shadow Monster indirectly placing a challenge to other rappers to basically, ‘Step their game up.’ On the track “Loudah,” Shadow Monster shows multiple skills with his production on the track, as well as being a featured artist on this song by Hyp-Hop Sells. This album is full of good music; Shadow Monster continues the solo artist project release trend of the #JediLife. This project is available online, so go check it out. The only complaint, if any, would have to be his mixing and mastering of the tracks, because some songs had sound quality issues.
