Straight Outta Luck- Burn

One thing that can be said about punk rock music is that is has never lacked heart. Straight Outta Luck epitomizes that, perhaps even turning it into an understatement, with their new full-length record Burn. Songs like “Underestimated” and “Loyalty” were penned through years of paying their dues in the scene. The songs seem to represent a band that is at peace with itself and that is able to successfully execute its vision by delivering 12 well-put-together songs that flow easily into one another.
Straight Outta Luck has shown with this record that they are like a writer who has found his voice. They hone their energy into a tight, fast street-punk sound and then dive head first onto the page with an album that is consistent, well thought out, and solid.
