The Interrupters Play First Denver Show of 2019
photos by Jenn Cohen
In spite of the scorching hot temperature in the Ogden Theater last night, ska-punk band, the Interrupters, played their asses off to a sold-out crowd. If you’ve never seen the Interrupters, add them to your must-see list. The Bivona brothers, Justin (bass), Kevin (guitar), and Jesse (drums), and Aimee Interrupter (lead vocals) have a special camaraderie, and it shines in their performance. If you’ve just recently heard the Interrupters, thanks to their hit song “Kerosene,” you’ll be happy to know that their three albums prior to Fight the Good Fight, are just as amazing. Last night’s setlist hit all the fan favorites, and had the crowd smelly, hot, and happy. Catch them again this summer for their first gig at Red Rocks!
