The Trade-Ins Album Release Party with Hot Apostles, Sea of Eyes, and Dead Pay Rent Friday, December 6th, 2013 at 3 Kings Tavern,
You are traveling through another dimension. A dimension of not only sight and sound, but of mind. A journey into a wondrous band whose boundaries are that of imagination. As the sign posts up ahead, your next stop…The Trade-Ins.
Storyline:
The Trade-Ins started their quest to conquer the Baker Neighborhood and its surrounding Denver neighborhoods during the Winter of 2011. They have been secretly meeting in an off grid basement strategically planning their next move. Fueled by black and white television, hypnotic patterns, and classic episodes of The Twilight Zone, The Trade-Ins are not to be taken lightly. If you knew what they knew about the space time continuum then you would realize how huge this really is. This band of time travelers and dimensional hybrids have collaborated to bring you the rock soundtrack of past, present, and future.
The Trade-Ins album is inspired by classic episodes of The Twilight Zone. Each song is written about a different episode and is brought to life through the music. The album art concept features symbols and characters from the inspiring episodes featured in this album. The art design and layout was created by local artist and illustrator, Joshua Finley.
The Trade-Ins is 5 piece band featuring members of Frontside Five, The Pitch Invasion, and Drain Babies:
Brandon Stolz – Vocals
Brooke Crawford – Bass, Vocals
Robdogg – Guitar
Lelan Harry – Keys
Joey Chaos – Drums
