White Fudge Writes Theme Song For Travel Channel Show
Denver, CO The theme song used for season 3 of Travel Channel’s “Trip Flip” was written and performed by the Denver band “White Fudge.” The song, “Mile High,” was recorded at Sleeping Brotherhood Studios by Kyle Jones, producer of “Handlebars” by the Flobots.
The show, hosted by comedian Bert Kreischer, is set to premiere on the Travel Channel Wednesday, April 23, 2014 at 9pm ET/PT with back-to-back episodes.

The story proved inspiration for the 2002 feature film Van Wilder. CBS recently picked up a script for a comedy inspired by the life of the comedian and TV personality. The untitled comedy will star Kreischer, who, known for two decades as a legendary party animal, decides at age 40 that it’s finally time to grow up.
