Wiredogs, formerly (and possibly better known) as The Hate, are dropping a new EP entitled The Resistance. Front man Dan Aid’s voice, sounding much like the beautiful wreckage left by a collision between Tom Gabel of Against Me!, the late Tony Sly of No Use For a Name, and Trevor Keith of Face to Face, has served as the recognizable face of the band’s sound, and the charismatic stage presence that has developed

The four songs are filled with rebellious spirit and the resonance of the modern punk rock sound, hitting your ears and mind with the eager feeling of real, unbroken freedom- representing not only the music, but the mindset, of the wet nights and crowded, stinky shows of the seditious post-youth generation that has grown out of the ashes of their younger days to dominate the music scene in Denver.
