Wrap up 2012 with the Chris Robinson Brotherhood @ Cervantes
New Year’s Eve show MONDAY, DECEMBER 31 at CERVANTES MASTERPIECE BALLROOM.
The Chris Robinson Brotherhood, consisting of Chris Robinson (lead vocals, guitar), Neal Casal (guitar, vocals), Adam MacDougall (keys, vocals), George Sluppick (drums) and Mark Dutton (bass, vocals)–is currently on the road supporting their debut studio album, Big Moon Ritual, released June 5, and its companion album, The Magic Door, released September 11.
Says Robinson, “My thing is bringing in the lost language of fock n’ roll. I find myself listening to tons of fifties rock music, and the songs are just so great! Still, we maintain our zero gravity sound even in these tunes, and when we get into it really good, we consider it a classic California space boogie.”
